            Salary:  $3,554 (Level 1)

 

            Steve Cheesman, Assistant Varsity Boys Basketball coach at Galesburg High School resigning effective October 19, 2015.

 

            LEAVE OF ABSENCE:

            Corrine Wascher, Agriculture teacher at Galesburg High School requesting a parental leave of absence effective January 8, 2016 using sick leave only planning to return to work on March 9, 2016.  Family Medical Leave will begin on the first day of absence.

            Annette Wilson, Noontime Helper at Steele School effective October 13, 2015 pending clearance on the state required background investigation.  (Replacing Connie Welch)

            Salary:  $9.16/hr.  (2/hrs. per day)

 

            Tiffany Rowland, Special Education Life Skills paraprofessional at Lombard Middle School effective October 19, 2015 pending paraprofessional certification and clearance on the state required background investigation.  (New position)

            Salary:  $9.80/hr.  (7/hrs. per day)

 

            Anastasia Marshall, Special Education Life Skills paraprofessional at Gale School effective November 2, 2015 pending paraprofessional certification and clearance on the state required background investigation.  (Replacing Kim Woodkirk)

            Salary:  $9.80/hr.  (6.75/hrs. per day)

 

            TRANSFERS/CHANGE OF EMPLOYMENT STATUS:

            Dawn Price, 4/hr. Cook’s Helper at Churchill Jr. High School change of employment status to 5/hr. Cashier at Churchill Jr. High School effective November 2, 2015. (Replacing Lourdes Gomez)  (Hourly wage remains the same)

 

            Debra Cole, 4/hr. Cook’s Helper at King School transferring to 4/hr. Cook’s Helper at Gale School effective October 13, 2015.  (Replacing Alice Peterson)  (Hourly wage remains the same)

            Sherry McIlravy, 11 month secretary for Knox Warren Special Education transferring to 12 month Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper for Knox-Warren Special Education             effective November 10, 2015.  (Replacing Karen Crawford)

            Salary: $26,938 (Base Salary $42,000 based on 168 days = $26,938)

 

            Karen Crawford, Administrative Assistant for Knox-Warren Special Education transferring to Administrative Assistant for Superintendent for Finance and Operations for Galesburg CUSD #205 effective November 10, 2015.  (Replacing Karen Peters) 

            Salary remains the same.

 

            LEAVE OF ABSENCES:

            Ruth Perez, Special Education paraprofessional at Gale School for Knox-Warren Special Education requesting to extend her family medical leave from October 9, 2015 through          October 30, 2015.

 

            Christine Kinney, instructional paraprofessional at Gale School requesting a medical leave of absence effective October 13, 2015 for approximately six weeks.
