Summer Food Service Program Locations & Info

Summertime is here and that can mean increased food insecurity for children in Illinois. Many kids rely on free and reduced priced meals during the school year but do not have access to healthy meals when school is out for the summer. That is where the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) steps in to provide free meals to children 18 years and younger at approved sites.

Knox County Summer Lunch Program

Lunches start June 4th and will be Monday-Friday (except Abingdon which is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).
