Student Account Balances
Food Service
Parents/Guardians will receive an email notification on Friday when school is in session if their student's food service balance is negative. When a student account goes negative, students may ONLY charge a reimbursable meal (no a la carte items).
Payment Options
Online:
Fast and convenient online payments can be made with a credit or debit card through Skyward Family Access. There is a 4.3% software admin fee that will be applied to any payment made through the online web store.
Cash:
Cash can be sent to the school office in an envelope with:
Child's name
Student ID number
Grade
Teacher's name (K-4)
Check:
Checks need to be made out to Galesburg CUSD #205 and sent to the school office.
Please be sure the check includes:
Student(s) names in memo line
Correct date
Signature
No starter checks
All checks must include name, address and phone number
