Congratulations to the Bright Futures Early Learning Center! The program, which serves over 200 students, has achieved the Gold Circle of Quality designation from ExceleRate Illinois, a state quality rating and improvement system. ExceleRate Illinois is administered through INCCRRA under the joint direction of the Governor’s Office of Early Childhood Development, the Illinois Department of Human Services, and the Illinois State Board of Education.
The Gold Circle of Quality is the highest attainable achievement and recognizes programs that have demonstrated quality on all standards, as validated by an independent assessor. Gold Circle programs meet or exceed specific quality benchmarks on learning environment, instructional quality, and all administrative standards; group size and ratios; qualifications; and professional development.
This achievement is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the Bright Futures Staff.
